How do I register a new beneficiary?

That procedure must be done by the policy holder in the Provincial Delegation of the Mutual insurance company, and once registered, the mutual insurance company will communicate and provide to ASISA all the information about inclusion of the beneficiary in the mutual insurance member book.

If I unregister a beneficiary, can he continue in ASISA?

There is a type of policy for those beneficiaries unregistered in the Mutual insurance company who want to continue in ASISA, In these situations economic benefits due to the seniority and vesting periods are applied. When am I allowed to change my entity?

Every year in January mutual insurance companies open a period in order to allow the user to change his entity.

Outside this period you can change your entity if you fulfill any of the following requirements:

  • MUFACE: In case of reassignment of the mutual insurance member and moving to another Province, or if keeping the location, the mutual insurance member changes his address to a different Province.
  • ISFAS: In case of reassignment of the policy holder and moving to another Province, or in case of retirement or moving to reserve status and moving to a different province.
  • MUGEJU: In case of reassignment of the active mutual insurance member or change of residence of the retired mutual insurance member and moving to a different Province.
